What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on growing the company.
Past leadership was great people to work with. But some other need lot to be desired.
Focused on growth for staff and process
Willingness to listen to new ideas and promote quality leaders.

Reality, project clarity was not clear and created chaos
Timely and effective communication could be greatly improved

Pay is competitive to other industries
Benefits, 401k, vacation could be better
Great compensation and comprehensive 401K
They really care about employees well being
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some allowances for high cost locations other than base salary is welcome. From Senior Manager role consider giving ESOP or stock options.

They are committed. They want to do what is best for the company - as I believe.
Everyone does everything. Its both good and bad. It means you can support from least expected place.

It was open an discussion
Very personal. They ask questions about you... not so much about your work history.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I was interviewed two times. Second time I was hired. The person who rejected me the first time apologized to me but could not recognize my potential.

The company has a positive outlook

Options and opportunities for career growth can be improved. Instead of always looking to hire from outside, management would do well to give incumbents a chance.
