Overall pros are they take care of processing payments, obtaining potential patients, managing contracts w insurers and employers. Cons: in mental health lacks direct provider to patient contact outside of session time e.g. company email to check in w pt in crisis or to reschedule an appt.etc...

You havd no access to peers, other professionals, or meetings jn this platform !!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its remote we never have zoom meetings w other employees of peers or psychiatrists, psychologists, etc...in mental health
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They believe the company platform is beyond glitchy and say they only stay for me snd some of the other providers they have liked! Not being able to contact their Providers in some way e.g.Co email which is standard of care will probably cause many of them to leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am pd $55.a session, whether Intake or therapy. I have one day off a week. I have no idea who is making 6 figure salaries, I have the highest degree in my profession and many yrs exp. There are no benefits and no stock and no anything.
