there was no interview process, it was all done via email and website, there was no personal contact
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked in the same position for 2 years without a raise. I am only offered a max of 20hrs/week, making me ineligible for any employee protections or benefits. I have never once been approached with an offer to improve my position or pay at the company.
