so far so good I haven't had any bumps yet. The company seems more stable then the last company.
Safety is the top priority. You are never expected to do anything you feel unsafe about.
Great work culture, but long hours during the summer. Room for growth if I am willing to wait for awhile.
Overall, Terracon is great about keeping safety at the forefront. Terracon is also great about providing many training opportunities; however, expect to be managing projects with a couple years of experience with minimal pay and a title of field-staff level employee. Takes a while to move up.
