We all understand that consulting can be difficult due to the variable hours and fast pace. We strive to give breaks, take turns, and distribute work loads to keep anyone from getting overwhelmed. People seem eager to help each other.

Everybody seems to work pretty well with each other.

My immediate office is excellent, a lot of the other offices seem to be a bit of a shit show. Its hit or miss. The corporate part of the company is pretty disconnected from what the majoirty of the company actually is, and has usually made most of my normal tasks more difficult to complete

You work in the field and can avoid office politics.

Even in the hardest of times, we know that there is an entire family of employee-owners there to support us and in the best of times celebrate us.
