- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?People spread rumors that I said terrible things about management and coworkers. Questioned everything I did, when I had 10 years experience in that role with a former employer, and they didn't know now or previously have my role.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Communication! They are also so regimented that it doesn't allow for innovation.
