Everything. They act like they care about their employees but it is a charade. They care about money. Safety concerns are ridiculously fake and selectively enforced.
Not having to work two jobs to make ends meet
Im underpaid by about 20ish percent based off the offers I get from headhubters. The benfits made up for it, but the health insurance is getting questionable.

Management only cares about retaining their benefits and money. No accountability for upper management. They just blame problems on those below them.

People spread rumors that I said terrible things about management and coworkers. Questioned everything I did, when I had 10 years experience in that role with a former employer, and they didn't know now or previously have my role.
