At terracon your managers actually care, not from the hire or offer letter, but from your interview you can get a sense that this company is not like the others.

They're very hard working people

My department manager and office manager are both incredibly knowledgeable, eager to teach the next wave to incoming professionals, and understanding that burn out is real so breaks are needed to keep people happy and healthy.

My department manager and regional manager are top notch, easy to talk to, and couldn't ask for better management

My direct manager is awsome, has a listening ear, supportive and concerned.

Its depends which leadership. Some are vwey eefecrive and efficient in wirk and communictaion. Some suffer forn the typical corporate syndrom of comnunicating in insincere trendy buzzword language and talking much more than actually doing anything.

Creating a team-like environment and provide better software for field reports.

Everything. They act like they care about their employees but it is a charade. They care about money. Safety concerns are ridiculously fake and selectively enforced.
