What did you like most about the interview process?
Robust discussion about strategic plan.
My interview felt like a mutual discussion or conversation, which made the process comfortable and welcoming.

I actually turned them down 2x before. Then gave them a chance when there was new management that sought me out.
very personable, they were looking for someone on the "team" not just an engineer

the honesty and clear path to success
As I said most of us came over from another company and I was one of the last ones over because they knew I was the "captain of the ship" in my last company and I couldn't leave just yet. My new job was waiting for me.

Be honest about what you are getting into
Have competent managers that care about others.
