What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at the institute lacks effective and efficient managerial skills. There is a lack of management. Expectations from fresh college graduates are too high. Also, young employees get judged if they ask for help and supervision. The environment is not flexible at all. it kills the vibes.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There are communication problems. Also, teamwork is not a great idea when the supervisor's decision is the one that everyone has to follow. opinions and comments will be disregarded because young employees don't have master's/Ph.Ds. Democracy is not entirely practiced.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Bad managerial skills, lots of office politics, and unfair treatment among research assistants and interns.
