I've been at the shiloah plant for 3 years now. And it has progressively gotten worse. We hardly have any employees anymore. We're over worked. The machines are poor quality they don't fix the machines properly. We can't get days off. We're about to work 7 days a week coming up it's horrible

We don't have a team. It's literally 12 of us to about 20 machines on 2nd shift.

Management in general. Foresight and planning and scheduling. Learning how.to talk to.there employees They treat us like we're beneath them
