What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid fair compared to the market value for my position.
Insurance is good and retirement package is good .
I enjoy the services available at the WHQ building, as far as benefits are concerned, we have a full recreation area, registered dietician, registered nurse, fitness instructor and licensed counselor
401k matching benefit is top notch.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better gain shares for all
Took years to make what I am while not meeting inflation costs. Took away all bonuses for regular workers but not salaried employees. Benefits are basic at best with high deductibles. Correcting these would help greatly
