What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We care about each other while we are getting the work done.

People are friendly, easy to approach and interactive, and are always willing to lend a helping hand. It is not hard to contact anyone within the organization, and people are becoming more accepting of the next generation cokong into the workforce now.

Sense of community from most people. A few executives are the exception, but rank and file are great people.

Everyone supports, highly experienced people, well compensated.

Great coworkers. Reasonable hours and expectations.

It is a very welcoming environment

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

there is little to no communication

Management, hours we work. Get some days off

Respect for people and trust.

Hire and retain qualified individuals. Get out of the old style of thinking people are simply resources to be used up and tossed out.

Instead of our managers acting like they care about EBIT margins, they need to perform like they care about EBIT margins.
