Took years to make what I am while not meeting inflation costs. Took away all bonuses for regular workers but not salaried employees. Benefits are basic at best with high deductibles. Correcting these would help greatly

We don't have a team. It's literally 12 of us to about 20 machines on 2nd shift.

People are friendly, easy to approach and interactive, and are always willing to lend a helping hand. It is not hard to contact anyone within the organization, and people are becoming more accepting of the next generation cokong into the workforce now.

Most work days are set up for my department to fail. Improving or receiving quality quotes in a timely manner needs to happen in order to price & create products more efficiently.
