They are each specialized in one area of research, but as a team can make great strides in increasing the value that goes into each Timken product

The satisfaction that I get from completing projects, learning and applying new concepts to better my work and the positive and constructive conversations that I have often with colleagues
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the services available at the WHQ building, as far as benefits are concerned, we have a full recreation area, registered dietician, registered nurse, fitness instructor and licensed counselor
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a real respect for employees and our needs, as well as a keen eye for acquisitions, target market segments and more, that allows us to learn how best to grow as a company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are friendly, easy to approach and interactive, and are always willing to lend a helping hand. It is not hard to contact anyone within the organization, and people are becoming more accepting of the next generation cokong into the workforce now.
