From my experience TRC is a company that is very confused. There is so many talented and capable people whom see no opportunity because the project managers above them remain clueless and try to adapt to new ways of thinking. Meanwhile TRC falls behind in the industry and young talent leaves.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Mainly leave you to yourself and check in on projects vs micromanaging us the entire day
