Work pressure is not there , i get ample of time to complete the given time.
A lot of independence and self direction.
They don't micromanage you really
The overall goal is to make a positive difference/impact in the industry, and I feel that is supported and achieved through the team at TRC.
Get paid for all hours worked and, including travel time, most of the time.

The flexibility and you can spend time with family
Colleagues and I are all university educated and qualified individuals. We enjoy getting projects accomplished with little help from “management” within the AMS practice. Whilst many of whom have little to no education

Actually value employees as resource instead of only money
Improved, honest communication from leadership; an HR team that doesn't see other employees as enemies; competitive wages; a revised performance review process; install a process to review and provide feedback to management; show company values performance rather than gender/race/political beliefs.
it's obvious that the exec team is only worried about profit and that it drives all of their decisions. morale is real low at my office because the corporate folks seemingly have not kept the promises that were given, nor do they seem to care
