It started out OK, but a really good manager quit shortly after I started. It was mostly downhill from there. My next manager was terrible. I felt like I was the only one who cared about the customers and what was fair to them. Overall it was very negative.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The result - I was hired.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership cared more about bottom line and profit than they did honesty and ethics.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

TruGreen does pay on the higher side of fair. They're huge, so benefits package is pretty good.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers seem to get complacent. Went along with management and unethical business practices instead of speaking up.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Everything is way too bottom-line driven. No real priority to actually do good work or take care of the customer.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The culture is too negative and employees are apathetic. Leadership needs to put out more realistic budgets. Employees need to actually care about the customers.
