What are some of the best things about your team?

My team, my co workers on the floor are why i keep coming back. We help eachother get through the shuft, we save eachother when we're drowning and we realize theres no rescue team coming.

If youre a travel nurse...stay away. There are plenty of other hospitals in AZ that are better. Nurse to patient ratio is horrible. 6:1 Med-Surg on day shifts. Constantly running around non-stop. Old Pyxis machines. Low pay rates. Out of touch management.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being paid fair market value regardless of tenure in feild. Young administrators are not to be paid less because of their age if they accomplish the same work as older staff.
