It started out good but there has been so much emphasis placed on non-organic growth that the culture has devolved.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

pay better, profit sharing distributed evenely

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My workspace is inadequately small. Hasn’t been painted or updated since the 80’s.
