What are some of the best things about your team?
Associates always worked hard and had fun doing so. Unfortunately because pay was low and store manager absent all the time great associates would leave to other companies. There was no work/life balance unless you were the store manager who was always off on weekends.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay your associates well and go back to making quality boots and stop cutting corners that bring down the quality of the foot wear. Hold store managers to actually work their full shifts.
