Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages are consistently under market. Hours are amazingly long including weekends. Company won't pay out vacation time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
CEO can become verbally abusive with employees. The company can work on promoting individuals versus tearing them down.
