I believe there needs to be more communication and transparency from C-Level to all workers. There needs to be communication and employee appriciation now more than ever. My manager and team are excellent.

Most are in the office and available
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. The work can be cumbersome but we have support from eachother.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are all excellent people. It's known that many feel underappriciated and unheard, however.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quarterly bonus system was replaced with a yearly one which I don't think will provide an accurate assesment. There is a bonus system, however.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports eachother and we truly care about eachother as coworkers and as people. I believe our manager has a lot to do with that by making great choices when hiring but also truly leading rather than simply managing.
