Talk down to employees. Too many Indian employees in charge. They do not treat employees well.

Most of the outside world think Viacom produces "trash tv". TV shows about teen pregnancy, drug overdoes....

The ones who do the work are hard working. The rest come in at 10:30 am and leave at 5:00 pm

They frequently keep people as contractors that should rightfully be hired on as employees.
