What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should better at giving recognition and reward to employees
Talk down to employees. Too many Indian employees in charge. They do not treat employees well.
Let the people do their work with some guidance and not micromanage everyone. You're one person, you don't know everything
Preventing coworkers from using derogatory and racial comments at work
Listening to other peoples input, be more trusting (less micromanaging)
Not rolling bluts on set being s better overall leader
They need to do 360 reviews all around
Fairness honesty rewards reprimands respect
Honor creatives and treat writers better.
