The company's content. It's a purpose-driven company with and all the brands produce content with a purpose. MTV, Showtime, BET, CBS, VHI, just to name a few.

Most of the outside world think Viacom produces "trash tv". TV shows about teen pregnancy, drug overdoes....
It's too late. Viacom caused CBS ship to sink.

My Sr Director is not listening to our needs, we need more structure coming from US breach, everything is delayed and communication is horrible. Also, I don't get paid enough for the amount of responsibilities, stress and everything I do.
