Worked there 3 years as Crisis Counselor. Loved my job, loved my company. Told Vibrant "takes care of its workers." No they do not. Family crisis along with serious ongoing health issue? They don't take care of frontline workers at all.

Pushing until we break. Work hard and be respected by your coworkers and supervisors, but don't expect much when you need to take care of yourself.
