Debriefing each other, having a sense of humor.

We stay with it no marter what.

I work with some hardworking skilled people who care about our work.

There are some very devoted, hard-working people on my team and some very skilled people as well.

Amazing, empathic, skilled. For those who have managed to engage in self care, touted but ignored by upper management, I say kudos.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Communication overall ahd being able to have commpassion.
