Worked there 3 years as Crisis Counselor. Loved my job, loved my company. Told Vibrant "takes care of its workers." No they do not. Family crisis along with serious ongoing health issue? They don't take care of frontline workers at all.

Communication overall ahd being able to have commpassion.
The mental health of Crisis Counselors and Peer Support Specialists are something supervisors and management talk about, while their policies can only be described as intent to wring out all the mental health the staff came in with and smile while they ask if you need a Self Care break or debriefing
Debriefing each other, having a sense of humor.
Good job wirh excellent training.
