What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is just so talented, and they are always looking to lean into challenging work, learn new things, try new experiences, and just generally put themselves out there.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency- they are willing to share board meeting feedback for one, and our extensive use of OKRs allows us to understand what is most important to them.
