The leadership team is laser-focused on keeping the company informed about our strategy, product roadmap, and financials. The team also makes sure that the company is aligned through the implementation and tracking of OKRs. Everyone on the leadership team is easy to get a hold of, and they listen.

I like the transparency- they are willing to share board meeting feedback for one, and our extensive use of OKRs allows us to understand what is most important to them.

It's a diversed group of leaders with 15-20+ years of experience, that is moving towards the same goal of changing an industry.
The entire executive team was very approachable and willing to listen to everything I had to say about my experience. I felt that I got to build great personal connections with all of them while we were in Norway especially which was a wonderful experience
