The salary, benefits, and retirement/stock benefits are all exceptional. Other companies will expect double the work and half the pay compared to working at Vic

There are multiple health insurance options that do not require an employee contribution, even when insuring one's entire family.

Great benefits like ClassPass, and citybike, also a lot of social gatherings that are covered by the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay at the company is not industry leading but is fair for the experience you bring and the stage of which the startup is at the moment. They could be a little more generous on the equity but that ultimately is up to you to negotiate :D.

Stronger equity position would be a better offer!
