Our team is constantly striving for the next accomplishment, if we are not achieving a goal today, we are putting powerful plans in place for success in the future and staying agile as we go.

Very respectful of your time with remote work culture, at the same time get to be updated on relevant knowledge with online resources, team is focused on the quality of work and does not promote over time, which allows coworkers to stay very motivated.

I love the remote first mentality and that your geographic location doesn't impact what you should be paid. You are being paid for the work you are doing regardless of where you live which I love and at the same time they are always wanting to schedule in-person team events.

Vic.ai does a great job of hiring for fit. We have a really diverse team, but everyone fits because we all have similar values, work ethic, and dedication to building the company.

It really feels like everyone wants everyone else to be successful - we are all rowing in the same direction. It is fully remote and we are given a lot of tools to help each of us be successful and stay connected. I love that we get the whole company together annually and our teams quarterly.
