The culture and values of the company align with my own. I have yet to see an organization that cares about it's people in the manner in which I have experienced with Vic.ai. The team is very collaborative and supportive. Almost a year in and I still have the same excitement towards my work.

The leadership team is laser-focused on keeping the company informed about our strategy, product roadmap, and financials. The team also makes sure that the company is aligned through the implementation and tracking of OKRs. Everyone on the leadership team is easy to get a hold of, and they listen.

I like the transparency- they are willing to share board meeting feedback for one, and our extensive use of OKRs allows us to understand what is most important to them.

Competitive salary, performance bonus, and options. Benefits: Work from home, parental leave, monthly health stipend, great medical plans, free Talkspace, and Citybike memberships.

Pay at the company is not industry leading but is fair for the experience you bring and the stage of which the startup is at the moment. They could be a little more generous on the equity but that ultimately is up to you to negotiate :D.

Our team is constantly striving for the next accomplishment, if we are not achieving a goal today, we are putting powerful plans in place for success in the future and staying agile as we go.

Very respectful of your time with remote work culture, at the same time get to be updated on relevant knowledge with online resources, team is focused on the quality of work and does not promote over time, which allows coworkers to stay very motivated.

I love the remote first mentality and that your geographic location doesn't impact what you should be paid. You are being paid for the work you are doing regardless of where you live which I love and at the same time they are always wanting to schedule in-person team events.
