Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay at the company is not industry leading but is fair for the experience you bring and the stage of which the startup is at the moment. They could be a little more generous on the equity but that ultimately is up to you to negotiate :D.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is laser-focused on keeping the company informed about our strategy, product roadmap, and financials. The team also makes sure that the company is aligned through the implementation and tracking of OKRs. Everyone on the leadership team is easy to get a hold of, and they listen.
