I like our leadership team's responsiveness. I do feel like we as employees have a voice and it is heard.

I'm slightly below market for my position at the moment, which is something hopefully that can get addressed in the next couple review cycles.

I actually came into the company being slightly undervalued for my position and title in the industry, so I'm hoping Virbela will take corrective action relatively quickly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The passion and drive of the various teams is really high. People seem to really care about the direction of our future and want to do their absolute best to make it happen.
