Virbela has been the best experience I have had in the workplace when it comes to the intentions of the company. I truly believe most of our higher-ups care about ALL the employees here and it is not lost on us. I feel any problems we have stem from trying to run before we walk, but we had to.

everyone is willing to have a conversation, even if they are busy or have never met you before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand what a human needs as well as an employee. We are humans before we are anything else and they never make me feel otherwise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are here to contribute, only a few I feel are here just because they need a job. I love to work with people who are driven and not only want personal success but group success as well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing head-down work where I can really get in the zone without distractions. I love helping customers, but I have been in positions where I have had to develop content while being customer-facing. I find that clearly separating clerical time and customer-facing time is extremely valuable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the unique stresses that are part of being with a startup stem from not having a reliable base to build upon. There are constantly times where the structure behind my position is not present and I have to compensate for that which causes a lot more work and is beyond what should be asked of me.
