What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team actually listens to us as employees. Hard company decisions have to be made all the time but to know that our input is truly heard and considered says a lot.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes it seems as if tenure and gained experience over the years go unnoticed especially when you have new hires who come in and are offered higher competitive market pay. I think regular evaluations of job titles should be analyzed and rated fairly across the board.
