VSP optical insurance (free eyewear).

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're personal, SINCERE, and committed to continuous improvement, learning, and growth (expanded productivity).

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're honest (no surprises/behind the scenes soap opera) and committed to a long term partnership (we're in this together, rowing in the same direction).

What makes you most happy at work?

People...I want to ensure they're happy, productive, and glad to be here...a career, not a job. Visionworks makes a difference in vision for patients nationwide.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people and purpose. We care for each other and our patients. I need a speed bump to slow me down coming to work. I'm grateful for this role and thankful for a wonderful executive team.
