I started with no optical experience at all almost 10 years ago. From the training and development I received from Visionworks and my peers here it made me confident in my own skill set. I now have the pleasure training other managers and recruiting new team members.

How approachable they are. I know I could pick up the phone and call any of them and they would be happy to speak to be about anything.
