Transparency, true focus on people, listening to the field feedback and making change based on that insight.

Professional leaders that care about growing the company. Vinnie Iavarone and his interest in my growth and development.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Cost and actual medical coverage is not competitive with the optical field. Benefit coverage, based on the cost, is not good. It’s too expensive for what coverage we receive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would love to answer this yes but we have too many competing priorities that force us to have too much noise in the system. I believe this is only temporary due to the company turnaround but it’s frustrating with all of the priories at once. It’s hard to deliver a consistent message to stores.
