Overall it has been a good experience. I am grateful for the chance to serve my neighbors, and create some friendships along the way. Recent management changes are creating waves of change through the company, which seems to be pushing the company towards a prosperous future.

Associates praise and support each other with both work and personal dealings.

I like their willingness to help, and knowing an associate can approach them without feeling like they are a bother.

Everyone can pull together and get things done when needed. Experience and knowledge among the staff is also an asset.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happiest at work is helping the patients. There is no bigger joy than being able to help someone see!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vision coverage for the family is good. Pricing on medical and dental packages are reasonable, as well. I am especially happy about the HSA starting!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Territory Director at the time was very friendly and easy to talk to. He recognized my experience and started me at a fair rate and ranking.
