Impacting my team with expertise and knowledge. I have carved out a great place for myself while still teaching and learning from others on my team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We became more agile in 2020. We have moved to a distributive work force and the retail fleet have made changes too. Overall employee satisfaction has gone up!

The executive leadership team is very approachable. They are always friendly and answer any questions that may arise. All Managers seem to have the same level of engagement and approachability.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Recruiters are all available and down to earth. They try to reach out to as many applicants across all doors as possible and are making a real impact for the retail fleet.
