A startup that does good in the world, but is managed by people who don't qualify to be there, and theyre having identity issues. Too many people bringing their friends over to join the company but people arent being accountable for their jobs. Too many changes.

Fullfilling myself, executing things on time wihtout issues, learning new stuff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I get payed way less than wha Im actually worth & the management isn't willing to close these gaps. My contributions to the company arent reflected.
