I'm very satisfied and happy to work in Viz! Great company with great values. Regarding the office itself - it will be nice if we would have more available rooms for work and more parking slots, so will be no fear to arrive after 9:00 am :)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since my position is complicated, and requires filling out a lot of different documents and deal with a lot of tasks, I think increasing of the salary can probably help.
