It feels like there are two companies and both dont talk to one another. Communication on strategy and execution is really poor. It feels like the C suite is living on another planet compared to what is happening in the market. Customers do not care about LifeSciences or the fly wheel

Poor leadership, communication amd no change in how things are getting done/being managed

Strategic alignment, aligning cross functional team goals and effectively communicating a plan on how to execute.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are sticking together and providing honest feedback, hoping something is actually done about it. Trying to keep our customers happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Unable to sell products that perform poorly so difficult to make commissions. The sales team is now going back to spending time and focus efforts on prospecting since growth is only focusing on IDNs, poor business model for growing new logos.
