I am pleased that my compensation is uncapped and incentivizes me to fulfill my role to the best of my ability.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Viz promotes health and wellness on all levels. This is evident with wellness days, holidays, and even our benefits which include resources for mental health and gyms.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is constantly pushing each other and learning from each other. I never feel as if I cannot learn from each and every one of the people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we are constantly hearing from the leadership team at least weekly. Although some things are out of my control, I at least have reassurance on our direction as a company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I most look forward to the potential of speaking with a client or customer who is excited to benefit their program/patients or who has a story where Viz has already benefited their patients. This is truly why we do what we do.
