I think highly of the company and the people but the job itself and the industry isn't for me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are not overly demanding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wages are fine for the industry but salary is very low for my region and the bonus structure doesn't work well for my region
