The Package Is Absolutely Perfect
Weekly pay and flexible hours.
Retirement
The 401(k) match and Profit Sharing Plan are incredibly generous.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A competitive compensation package. Norton doesn't offer stock or bonuses (unless you're part of leadership)
Wages are fine for the industry but salary is very low for my region and the bonus structure doesn't work well for my region

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Norton promotes from within a lot, which leads to a lot of Dunning-Kruger and Peter Principle
Utilize teamwork to solve problems and not pointing fingers and placing blame on someone else.
Communication is the main thing

they are know what they work and behavier good
it is very cozy and comfortable
