Customer service reps are unprofessional. I wanted to cancel my account. The first thing that he said was they already have your information. Oh really. I've been paying Norton and the bad guys already have my information. These people are scam artists. Terrible service. Do not buy from Norto

I greatly enjoyed my time at W.W. Norton and learned a lot. As wiith virtually all New York publishing companies, the pay is poor to start with, which makes it quite difficult for anyone without savings, outside support or independent means to gain a foothold in the publishing world.
